How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Oklahomabasically Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Oklahomabasically Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Oklahomabasically Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@oklahomabasically.lat and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
